EXCELLENCE IN DELIVERY OF SERVICE
Why We Invest in the Training of our Employees
We offer DOL-Registered Apprentice programs in plumbing/pipefitting, sheetmetal, and commercial HVAC. These programs, established in 1999, equip our entry-level tradesmen and women with the knowledge and performance skills to excel in their craft. These programs culminate in a nationally recognized certificate of completion from the U.S. Department of Labor, enabling graduates to pursue their journeyman license widely across the U.S.
Our apprenticeship program provides opportunities for our employees in Columbia, MO, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Arkansas to learn from our certified instructors in the classroom and on the jobsite from day one. Apprentices engage in the learning process through traditional lesson plans, hands on performance modules, innovative testing, and daily application on the job sites. This pipeline enables us to recruit and train fresh talent, creating future journeymen and foremen for our growing operations. Our earn-while-you-learn model is a fantastic way for anyone to launch a new career with a strong financial foundation.
