Our preconstruction department works closely with owners, architects, engineers, and construction managers to provide budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, and project planning that help drive successful outcomes long before construction begins.
Our Columbia headquarters serves as the operational hub for our project management, estimating, BIM/VDC, accounting, and human resources teams.
Our second office and warehouse are located in Independence and support our Kansas City market. Both markets are supported by a brand new, state-of-the-art, 16,000-square-foot piping and plumbing prefabrication shop that improves efficiency, quality, and schedule performance across all our projects.
In addition, QuesTec operates a sheet metal fabrication facility in Eugene, Missouri.
Equipped with a spiral duct machine and a thoughtfully designed production layout, our shop efficiently manufactures a wide range of ductwork and custom sheet metal components.
